Hey i have a biostar h61b i5 2400 3.1 ghz being cooled by a hyper evo 212 500 ish grams weight if im not to far off, i was wondering is this to heavy? cus scouring in from the side i can actaully look its tilted abit down every so slightly not cant see when it lying flat anyways i dont see any cooling problems what so ever its running at 45C under load max temp i have seen 46C just wondering if the ATX motherboard can handle if i add the 1060 gtx for another like 60-100grams

Bigger air coolers use backplates. The purpose of those is to distribute weight more evenly. With mobo properly screwed to case and cooler tight and properly mounted, weight of cooler is distributed over whole mobo.

 

212 is small compared to some air coolers others use.

As for GPU, there are situations where bigger cards can and will bend PCIe slot. Not mobo itself, but slot. Just don't drop the case and remove GPU while transporting it and you should be fine.
