In a couple months I'll have a GIGABYTE notebook with 1TB HDD and 128GB SSD M.2(2280) SATAIII and I believe the OS will be installed on the SSD, However I also bought an upgrade, a 525GB Crucial MX300 SSD(2280) SATAIII

Now I am not very knowledgeable about OS migration, but what I want to do is to transfer everything from the 128GB SSD to the 525GB SSD, now usually I would use the EasyUS tool and be done with it, but I can't connect both M.2s at the same time, so what I thought is I will have to migrate from the 128GB SSD to the 1TB HDD and theeeen back to the 525GBSSD, is this the best way of doing this?(I don't think it will come with a windows installation disk)

OBS: I have never used the EasyUS tool, what I stated before was an assumption

Thanks!

So if I understand correctly, you intend on getting a new notebook, and then immediately upgrading the ssd? in that case, just clean install the os.

Don't clone or migrate. It's bad practice and usually screws up your OS so that you either have issues immediately or you have issues months later.

Do a clean install the proper way.
