I just finished building my pc and need an OS. Was wondering if it was possible to download windows onto my usb using a mac and if so can I get a link? The .exe tool doesn't run on a mac.

download the ISO file, then mount the ISO file to a flash drive using Disk Utility.

@Amer are you sure you downloaded 64-bit ISO? If yes, does your flash drive have enough space (around 8-16GB free)? If it still persists, contact Apple Support on Twitter or post to Apple's community forum. That's odd because I never have that problem before.

When I used bootcamp before, I used 8 gb flash drive. Never had any problems with the installation.

Can't. I'm at work. Just tweet Apple Support or go to Apple Discussions. Also, I don't have a Mac with me right now. My 2011 MBA is failing already.

an hour to two, When I first used Bootcamp, it was Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and my Mac was running OS X Lion back then.
