Need help with new pc build

I need help with a new pc build. I bought ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 960 Overclocked 4 GB DDR5 but my current pc can't handle it i have 600w power supply, i just need new cpu and motherboard and ram. Please help

An i5-6400 with 8gigs of ram would do fine with that gpu.

Please tell your budget so we can help further.
