Rx 460 Funny interaction

Hi There,

okay a few weeks ago my graphics card died (after about 3-4 years) so i asked my girl friend to buy me a rx 460 for Christmas, there wasn't much else i wanted and due to my now new full time job dont have much time for games. i mostly play lol dota wow and other "low end" games like aoe 2 for fun which promoted me to get the 460.

 

so anyway i get the card as an early present from my girlfriend. install it ge thet drivers restart my computer run lol as a test and get 34 fps (wtf) dosnt change no matter what i do. i was getting a better fps on my on board graphics. okay then i run wow, same thing get between 12 - 30 fps. then i run dota get 100 fps thats more like it. seems weird.  i run lol again get 400 fps. runs some more test seems fine then i go to bed. next day turn my pc on run lol get 34 fps again wtf? run dota again get 100 fps then run lol again get 300 -400 fps.

I i tested this again and again, seem like i get a better fps in lol if i run dota first?

is there something i missed?

 

ive look at forums and post cant seem to find anything like this happening to any one any ideas?

 

Tl;dr i have to run dota 2 to get a better fps in league of legends.

when i encounter things like this, i just generally use display driver uninstaller and reinstall my GPU drivers.

 

wether that's the issue or not, it's probably best to at least go to a default position before you delve deeper.

Okay ill give it a try. (at work atm)
