the cheapest way to quieten a case is a 25ft hdmi cable and a 25ft usb cable and put the case in a closet/basement/other room. it still be loud but you ll hear it less. ..

or you could run all your fans at 7v instead of 12v

I wasn't t trolling,

It rly is I m doing it right now, I can t hear the stock fx6300 cooler of my htpc since it is running in a closet in the basement instead of the living room 1 floor above.
