Grand Theft Auto IV after update

so after the update a few days ago, my gta 4 always crashes everytime i launch the game. my game runs like usain bolt before this update, the update says that there's a performance fix, but all it is doing is the other way around.

Uninstall and then reinstall the game or just verify file integrity.

With this new update it is required that you have Games for Windows Live installed. So just reinstall the whole game, so you get everything required
