gpu is rx 460 slim icooler

There are no expansion slots on the back of the case, so no.

Where would you mount the card at exactly? You would need a PCIe extender as well, and you would need to be able to screw it down.

I don't really see how you could mount it in the case, becayse the case is basically as large as the motherboard's io shield, so you would have to have a hole in the side panel and just let your gpu exposed out of the case.

And what about power requirements? mounting of the video card?

It's not rigid, so again back to the question of mounting the video card....how are you going to mount the video card?
