Looking for beginner friendly video editing software

Hi, I am looking for a software that I can edit my gameplays on. Simple edit such as: cut, trim, stitch, overlay text and others that can be use to edit gameplays to make it entertaining to watch. The software that I am looking is, easy enough to a beginner to learn the simple things that I should do. Videos that will be edited are less than 20 minutes.

 

Also, it should perform okay on my current PC which has the following specification:

i5 6500 (stock)

1x8gb DDR4 ram

No GPU

If you have mac or iPad or iPhone (suggested mac) use iMovie its really the best editing software thats free if not movie maker is decent and will get the job done

Don't have mac, so movie maker it is :D
