3 pin header voltage settings

i bought a couple of af 120 from corsair but damn were they loud at 1100 rpm

problem is i only got 2 4 pin headers and 1 3 pin.

so the fan on the 3 pin header is extremely loud at 1500rpm

so i checked my bios and gigabyte's really unhandy almost stupid motherboard software (app center and system view), but i couldn't mannually lower the 3 pin headers voltage output, atleast as far as i know.

if you guys know how, or know a piece of software that can do what i want, please share.

and i really don't want to buy a fan splitter(don't wanna burn my mobo)

thanks in advance

i can only see those 2 system fans not the 3 pin header

heck, i can't even see the system fans

and if i delete the program, do the custom settings also go away?
