No need to upgrade yet your PC will last you another 2 years or so.

If it was me, I'd upgrade the CPU/mobo first, but you're fine for the time being.

In your case, the core system is fine for a while still. Being the tinkerer I am though, I'd look at other things. Storage, Case, Cooling, etc. Look at your system and where you'd like to be in a few years. Is my case getting old and only has front USB 2.0? Could I spend $40 on a pair of good fans? These kinds of little things that really make your system your own. You are in prime "personallize" position.
