Is a i5 6500 good enough for video editting in 1080p?

So i was going with the i7 6700 but my budged is too low, so i am getting the i5 6500. I am going to edit game videos for youtube with a really high bitrate and a really high quality in 1080p and maybe 60 fps but probably 30 fps. how long will a 20 min video last when rendering in 1080p60fps? with highest quality thats possible?

Highest possible quality depends on the codec. Render time is going to be at least double the video time, probably triple or higher though if you're looking for good quality. It really does depend on the quality and what codec you use though.
