RetroPie Questions

Hello everyone i had a couple of questions before i started to make my Retro Pie

1: Do i really need to format my SD card if i bought a new one and never used it

2: What is a good tool for writing the retro pie disk image to the SD card

3: what is a good none malicious site to get game ROMS off of

4: how many gigabytes does my sd have to be to install RetroPie OS

If you know any of the answers to the questions please tell me below

1) should already be formatted correctly

2) if on Windows, Win32DiskImager will do the job

1. Dont have to, but a quick format wouldnt hurt.

2. Win32Disk Imager (for windows)

3. The raspberry pi website or https://retropie.org.uk/

4. I think the min is 4GB, but 8GB and higher should be find
