low fps

So i play bf1 1080p 60hz ultra settings and the fps i get is only 44-55

My pc:

i5 2400

gtx 1060 6gb

12gb ram

if i upgrade to i7 2600 its gonna bottleneck ? 

and why there is so big jumps in volte limit ?

i7-2600k is still regarded as one of the greatest chips Intel has made because it can still compete with chips like i7-6700k. So, no, it should not. Even with the i7-2600.
