Help a brother out,

So my router can provide an internet connection via Ethernet but cannot provide wireless access to my other devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop etc).

I have already tried resetting my router several times and ran troubleshooting but the issue still occurs.

Does anyone have a solution??

Are you sure you have typed the password in? Since it seems like its not even connected to anything

Try this:

Disable your ethernet connection to the router (rightclick ethernet adapter -> disable)

Scan for networks (rightclick wifi adapter -> connect/disconnect -> press your network (preferably with a "5" at the end) -> Type in the password)

See if you are atleast connected to the local network (search for CMD -> type "ipconfig" -> find a entry with the same name as your wifi adapter -> See what it contains)

EDIT: just tried disconnecting my laptop from my wifi network, and i got the same icon as in your screenshot, so im pretty sure your wifi adapter is fine, but you are just not connected to the network, either because you are out of range, or because you never connected in the first place. BTW, computers dont connect automatically the first time if you have a password on it (which most manufacturers force you to do when you first get it)
