CLRTC Problem?

So I left power on and moved the jumper from normal to clear, pressed the power button a few times, then with the power on moved the jumper to normal which automatically made the board power on. I now have QCode 00 but I have done a bios flash using usb bios flashback.

May I ask how exactly you came to that conclusion? I have also used another PSU.
