Need help with simple chat application in vb.net

Hello,

 

I'm making my own chat program (school project).

I need some help.

I can do the basic's client connecting to server,

client sending message to server.

server sending message to client.

 

now the problem..

 

I want to send a message to a client on a specific ip address. 

I've looked but don't find an answer anywhere.

 

 

can someone help me?
