IPS on a Budget

I was looking for a relatively cheep IPS panel with nice colours and contrast for both work and play in the 23"-24" range. I was looking at the Dell S2340L which goes for about £160 (about $260 inc. tax) which is really the upper limit of what I want to spend.

Does anyone have any suggestions about whats a good monitor in that price range (or had any experience with that dell)?
