Good temp or nah?

Hi, my i5-4690k has a max temp of 73c when gaming, usually 65-68c.
I have the corsair h100i gtx cooler, are these temps considered to be good? and can i oc it further?

 

i5 4690k @4.5ghz @1.250V

I would probably stop there if I were you. Anything around or above 80c is pushing it.

Fine. I would not go any higher than 80°.

the cpu can run more stable at lower volts, so would going to 4.6ghz make much difference if i keep the voltage the same?

it wouldn't make as big of a difference as more voltage would make.  try it out

not significantly, probably less than 5°c unless you got some 5400rpm GT's.  Are you running the fans and pump at 100%?

pump is at 60% but the i dont know about the fans

That's the first step.  It'd be silly to replace the fans if they're only moving at 50%. Crank that all to max and see what temps are like

i dont know how hard they're going but they dont like it, my exhaust fan sometimes makes a ton of sound like the fans are hitting the side

I just  put it up to 4.6ghz, the max temp has gone up with 1c but it wont go to 4.6ghz, only 4.57-59..
Too little volt?
