and would getting new fans have impact on the temps? i have stock corsair obsidian 750d fans and the fans on the 100i

it wouldn't make as big of a difference as more voltage would make.  try it out

not significantly, probably less than 5°c unless you got some 5400rpm GT's.  Are you running the fans and pump at 100%?

pump is at 60% but the i dont know about the fans

That's the first step.  It'd be silly to replace the fans if they're only moving at 50%. Crank that all to max and see what temps are like

i dont know how hard they're going but they dont like it, my exhaust fan sometimes makes a ton of sound like the fans are hitting the side

I just  put it up to 4.6ghz, the max temp has gone up with 1c but it wont go to 4.6ghz, only 4.57-59..
Too little volt?
