Obamacare website shutdown

I live in the us and have noticed a lot of news regarding the issues and shutdown of the presidenets "obamacare" website.

For all of those non americans here Obamacare is basically a health care reform giving everyone government issued healthcare which is not up to par with the normall stuff out there. Obamacare was also the cause of the government shutdown with in government officials disagreeing on the policy. The policy looks good on paper saying Everyone will have health insurance. However it means taxpayers are paying for unemployed people to have healthcare while working themselves like crazy just to be the same. Slowly approaching being a socialist nation.

 

I have even seen quotes like "it will be fixed in a few weeks" - the guy fixing it. Literally stuff like that posted on major news sources.

 

How bad are the governments coders?

 

I would love to see linus and slick talk about this on the wan show.

Just as a heads up there are a lot of countries with socialized medicine and they might see that as a good thing.

 

Anyway I feel like socialized medicine would be much better than this stupid thing designed solely to be able to get through congress and not designed for functionality.

Only partly, they were a major source, but not in charge or entirely the source.

Thus, the entire job was not outsourced to cgi in Canada.
