cpuledon ASUS CPU LED ON ISSUE

Motherboard: B85 pro gamer

Processor: intel i5 4440

Psu:cx 550

Gpu:asus strix gtx 960

Can you help me out with CPU led issue in Asus motherboard  

After pressing start button only cpu led lights up, cpu fan run constantly,no beeps.

But sometime it works normally.

I have  tried mantling and dismantling processor several time 

But I am still facing the CPU led problem

Do you have your ram installed? I can't tell with the picture at that angle

if so, check all of your psu cables leading to the mobo; sounds like a loose cable if it works sometimes and sometimes doesn't

Yes it is installed!!

I have checked all the psu cable that should be connected to mobo are connected properly

Check for shorts. 

This is going to be a pain, but take out your build from the case and place it on carboard (try your motherboard box) and see if it'll run 

Also.. check for bent pins
