Like we said, you can go below 0C and be fine. Just let them sit just in case condensation is an issue in your area.

Doesn't matter just don't run electricity through them till they are room temp, if you live in a humid or water area you risk condensation, while it be a small risk, even the smallest amount of water can be problematic.

Would just let them sit for a little bit then. Just to be safe, you can get away with unboxing them and stuff, but I wouldn't run them till the warm up.

DON'T warm them up on a radiator or something you'll trap condensation in them.

In the same room you'll be fine.

I've seen cpus freeze because the are -30c and still come back after they have warmed up

If you're worried, do the rice trick.

Fill a bowl with rice and completely surround the part. Leave for a day or so to soak up moisture.

you should be ok just leave them at room temperature for a few days and let them return there there dynamic equalibreum

I would just leave the parts for around 24-48 hours in room temperature before turning on your system.
