what would be better to buy ( better value)

im looking at 2 different SSD's
1: is priced at 129.99, 240GB, Max Sequential Read Speed 550MB/s; Max Sequential Write Speed 530MB/s, comes with   3.5-inch desktop adapter bracket and Acronis True Image HD cloning software to easily transfer games, programs, and data from your old hard drive, and is a newer model
2: is priced at 131.42 , 480GB, 520MB/s read speed, 470MB/s write speed, doesnt come with anything else ,and is an older model

AMD RADEON SSD 
going for the AMD only build

but why? there are other ssd that are better for similar price. it's like going for all evga and picking a bad quality one just because one insists on it and picks it

Macrium Reflect (clone from HDD to SSD). Or do a clean install
