Rosewill gas spring articulating dual monitor mount

Does anyone have experience with this?  It has a few good reviews, but it seems to good to be true haha.  Planning on hanging 2x 27" monitors, One Dell S2716DG (9.7lbs without stand) and one Asus PB277Q-16.9lbs with stand (can't find without stand weight but the stand/neck is pretty heavy)

 

Any other recommendations for a desk style dual monitor mount, under 100$?
