Best fan config for Haf Xb?

Hey guys so i have a haf xb by CM and i need some help for fan configoration.

What direction should the fans be and also, i have a hyper 212 evo which is too tall to put the 200x30mm top fan. if i will get a new fan that allows the top fan to fit, what should i get, a cpu cooler that has its fan that facing verticly or horizontally?

Direction of CPU cooler doesn't matter. Usually people want the fan to exhaust towards case exhausts, in your situation towards rear. So 2 front intakes, 1 rear exhaust is good. No need for top fan unless you absolutely feel like you would benefit from it.
