i know its all about personal preference but just help me out.

so i liked the idea of the razer ouroubourous (however you spell it) but i come to hate it. my fav. mouse mouse has always been the logitech MX revolution and would die to get the compatible usb receiver to use it again.

but i need help getting a mouse that has a color scheme of matte black and it doesn't matter if it has cool lighting effects or not. but it has to have a form factor similar to the MX revolution (look it up) a mouse that i can have that flat surface to rest my thumb on.

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

I have used it and its very good.

Edit: And if you want something almost exact to the revolution then the Logitech Performance Mouse MX is just like it.

ik but the quality of the newer one is a little downgraded

The G700s is the closest thing to an MX series mouse, that you could find. I am now using the G600, it's matte black, but it's not really that ergonomic, but it is an option as well.

I can't recommend the G700s/G500s because of the acceleration issues. If you are doing non FPS games it is not really that big of a deal but personally I can't stand it even on plain windows. The G400(s) is the generic logitech shape however the curvature is not as defined as the logitech MX (which is the thing I am comparing it to. They both feel like logitech mice but they are still different.

If I were you I would go out and try a few different mice and return what you dont like. Text reviews won't ever really tell you if you will like a mouse or not.

Agreed. Until I found the right one for me, I changed quite a few mice myself.
