DDR4 2666* Ram have to be listed on the motherboard page?

Does my RAM have to precisely match my motherboard, after the DDR4 is matched? For example... If I see a motherboard specs as: "DDR4 3200*(*OC)/ 3000*/ 2800*/ 2600*/ 2400/ 2133"

But no "2666*" will my ram not work on these motherboards at all?

If it does work, are there any potential issues?

I already have the cpu matching.

I apologize I am just learning about this stuff, as I am building my first PC. I made the mistake of picking ram first, but only because of the deal I saw for black friday xD haha.

Here is a link of what I have so far.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dhtMTH

PCpartpicker.com seems to not see this as a problem, but I'm not sure if I'll rely on that alone.

Thank you :)
