Simple upgrades for this system?

Hello everyone.

I'm planning to upgrade my current system. 

The specs are:

Core i3 2120

8GB DDR3 1333mhz

Cooler Master 350W PSU

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 2GB

 

My budget is 250-300$.

Any upgrades possible in this existing build?

I'm thinking of changing the processor to a i7 2600 (used one) and the GPU to a 1050Ti.

Will it work fine? I mean will the PSU hold up with it? Will there be any bottlenecks?

Any help and recommendations will be appreciated.

Yeah getting a used CPU like the i7 3770(k) or a i7 2600(k) and a 1050Ti seems like a great idea. 

 

What is the full name/model number of that PSU?

i7 3770k and RX 480.

 

Dump that POS GPU you have.

Dump that POS GPU you have.

RX 480 is 200$+ and it would need a new PSU as well.

That would go beyond my budget.
