Am I Screwed?

My build is in my signature. I have the GTX 780 FTW and I had thought that there were some issues with it. I can no longer RMA it has been passed 30 days because I thought it was just in my mind. Now that all these newer graphics cards are coming out, I'm rethinking if I'm screwed or not. My 780 performs the EXACT same and sometimes WORSE then my friends gtx 770 sc. I'm starting to go into denial and I'm thinking that newegg sent me regular 780 acx and sent him 770 FTW lol. But on a serious note I would like to know from your guys' opinions if I am fucked or not!

There's no way a 7 series card is out of warranty right now, assuming you didn't do anything to it.

If not there is not reason it the warranty should be gone...

Yeah I have done nothing to it. But isn't the warranty for any card without buying warranty like 30 days?

So as long as I it hasn't passed 5 years then I can return for refund or do I just get a new card?

The card has a warranty, and it is nowhere near being up. RMA it. Contact EVGA, tell them what is happening, and follow their directions.

Extra boost in performance. However, if you actually do have the FTW version, there probably isn't much overclocking headroom.

Yeah. His card gets more performance than mine at times.

Please tell us the specs of your friends computer. It would help alot.

His specs are identical to mine. Only difference is GPU and he has 8gb more ram which wouldn't make a difference
