If you dont have a window then stay away from LED fans and spend money on a decent PWM fan with goog bearings (not sleeve bearings)

Thanks, I've read reviews that said they're loud fans, but I selected it for the air moved per minute so I kind of expected it lol. I'll look into the fan you linked me to.
