Can someone identify this MAC?

You can't really identify the specific year from a photo, it can look like a MacBook Air from 2011-12 to 2015-16.  Just turn it on and look under the About This Mac menu item or look up the serial code.

early macbook air i would say

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
