Old Computer HELP!

Took on a project to build an old rig from parts I have lying around! 

Power is getting to the computer as the fans are turning but not signal is getting to the monitor PLEASE HELP!

Specs are:

intel pentium 4 515J - CPU

Asus PTGD1-LA - MOBO

Bestex ATX 300-12z _PSU

Samsung Sp1213c -HDD

Hypertec 22P9272-HY 1GB DIMM PC320 - RAM

Looking at the age of those specs, i guess half the caps on the motherboard and psu have leaked. It's probably dead, permanently

Do you think the Hdd would be salvageable?

it will probably work, but by the sounds of the parts it probably uses an ide cable, which makes it useless in a modern pc

Just wondering what is on it after the year aha! Uses SATA so i think it should be fine
