Wich cpu to switch to?

I'm cant decide what cpu to switch to.

1.FX 6300 black edition with stock cooler $80.00

2.FX 8320 black edition with stock cooler $108.00

3.FX 8350 black edition with stock cooler $130.00

4.FX 8350 black edition with wrath cooler $150.00

 

The gpu is a r9 280x but I'm not much on overclocking.

if you want to get AMD, you should wait for zen, buying those processors aren't worth it, they're 4yrs old. Consider getting an i5 6400 if you don't want to wait.

What is your CPU right now?

I wouldn't pick AMD as my CPU like ever. I would prefer i3 4xxx or i3 6xxx over any AMD CPU right now.

 

You can wait for Zen and see what improovements they made in few years ... The last "improvement" FX 9xxx was disaster. I hope Zen won't follow that.

But zen is AM4 not AM3+ and these processors have been marked down because of zen and for black Friday.

i3 6100 or i5 6400 will be your best bet.

Intel is honestly the only way you won't be wasting money. The amd ones are already out of date.
