Price? When is it going to be released to consumers? Also when it's first released is the founders one only released? How long does it take for companies like Asus to make their own 1080 ti?

I'm building a pc and I really don't know if I should buy a $200 gpu and wait for the 1080 ti or just buy a 1080 idk help

I heard it'll be released to consumers in January is that correct? Also why would it be $1500 when the titan x is less than $1500?

It's all speculation. There has not been anything official on the alleged 1080 ti (unless I missed something).  We can only guess about price and release date.

idk real question is do i wait for the 1080 ti or get a 1080. I hate when new things are being released when i start buying -_-

Well nobody actually knows so I'm just giving it extra margin of error just in case :)

You are going to be waiting forever because there is always something over the horizon to wait for. I say just get the 1080. It's plenty of horsepower for 144hz 1080p.
