You may want to add a ssd and a better power supply, but otherwise it is pretty good.

- SSD. Booting without an SSD on a high-end PC is like having a V12 inside an 80's Toyota

- Maybe case? Change to maybe Source210, or Corsair Spec-01

Looks ok however it may be nice to get a decently sized SSD then upgrade by getting a hard drive later.

Also if the case comes with only one fan then it might be a good idea to buy another one for better airflow.

Like others have said, adding an SSD would be a wise choice, but thats always something you can add later when you get some extra cash. And like @dizmo said, I would wait a little and see if anything goes on sale.
