You may want to add a ssd and a better power supply, but otherwise it is pretty good.

I would change the powersupply to the cxm500. So something like this:

Like others have said, adding an SSD would be a wise choice, but thats always something you can add later when you get some extra cash. And like @dizmo said, I would wait a little and see if anything goes on sale.
