What exactly are you talking about?

There is so specific SATA connector for SSDs (unless you are talking about 2.5" NVMe SSDs).

Please quote me in any answers to my posts, so that I can read them easily and don´t forget about them. Thanks!

Its the same with a harddrive if thats what you mean. You need the data and power cables.
