Can I run ark?

gtx 950

16gb RAM

You CAN run it, how well depends on what details, resolution, framerate you're trying to get. 

What resolution, framerate, etc do you plan on running at? (FYI this information is on google...)

Sorry I completely forgot about resolution and I just want to make sure because maybe there are some optimization changes?

Resolution: 1920x1080

Frame rate target: 30+ FPS

The game is pretty unoptimised so it's pretty normal for it to lag when a lot of stuff is happening. I have a similar setup, and I can run it fine - but with FPS drops every now and then.

i can run it with a GTX1060 and a AMD FX 8120 @ 1080p. I can also run it at 4k but i dont like the increased temps & associated fan noise. Im also running it on Ubuntu. You can def run it!

Yes you can run ark, I can run ark and I've arguably a lower spec than that, but it also looks like its running and a Nintendo DS...
