Weird CPU usage from host service:local system

Hello,

 

So i recently notice or maybe not recently but it wasnt for long duration, that my CPU usage is on constant 30~40% usage because of service/task called host service:local system(14 or 15) and i cant figure out the roots of this issue nor cant fix this.

 

I got windows 8.1 not fully updated cuz go skylake CPU and dont know what effect it may bring to the system once i update it .

 

i attached a screenshot of my usage (most of things will be in Polish tho)

 

I hope i posted this topic on right forum section and i hope ofc for a quick help >.<

Probably windows doing BS in the background. Welcome to modern windows (everything but Vista has the same telemetry as Win 10 at this point.)

The problem is, that is just a cover name for background windows tasks. So there's really no way of knowing what that really is.

Okay so i am observing this process and it doesnt stop (and its like 3 h already or more) what can i do? Is there rly nothing i can do to decrease or stop this bs?

I take it that its usage doesn't go down if you start using programs?

yes it doesnt nor if close all things such as webrowser and i even tried AV soft and firewall one to turn off and did not help much soo any advice ?xd

Have you tried rebooting?

well i got this issue in the morning before i get to work so i think rebooting wouldnt do much in this case :P?

I didint reboot but shut down system and i just launch it today and the issue still occurs so :P
