5.25 bay in case

matungo92

I'm the only person in the world who wants a case without 5.25 bay?

I feel ugly, ruins the aesthetics, I prefer to be more homogeneous on the outside and inside, the space that can be used better to put hard disk or larger Radiators, or do not know anything else. seriously who uses 5.25 bay?

You can usually mod cases to fit rads in the 5,25" bays anyway and you can get 3,5" adapter to fit HDD in them aswell, Most people also need an optical drive or other peripherals that mounts in the 5,25" bays.

I use my 5.25" bays. Currently have a Lamptron FC5-V2 installed in one bay, with a 120mm fan mounted in the remaining three bays for additional airflow (planned replacement: single bay custom switch panel, dual bay res unit). If you find a way to make the 5.25" bay work for you, then it's not all that aesthetically unpleasing.

I think they should make them without because it does make it look bad but as other people say they have BD and DVD drives and fan controllers

My case has no 5.25" baysfor that very reason. It's a 750d so the case is too wide anyway, bay devices look funny. I just use an external optical drive
