Do you really need an aio cooler? Just get a cheap big cooler and have the fans run slowly if you want it to be quiet. Also, that power supply is trash.

Why is an aio a must? You can go with something like a top-blow air cooler (noctua, be quiet, cryorig, reeven ...)

The psu is also very low in quality and needs to be replaced.

Id stay away from a ai cooler and just use the stock cooler or something like a hyper tx3.

Don't get that psu

With that price, you can get a newer and better intel cpu.

Alright I don't have a stock heat sink for it and with it running in the AIO PC it came out of was hitting over 100c so is a hot chip why I figured watercooled might be better. Also going to try oc it.

What cheap psu you'd reccomend? I was kinda planning of using my old dell psu maybe

That chip doesn't need loads of "cooling power", a normal aircooler is fine, if you're getting over 100C than you have done something wrong (thermal paste, mounting).

If you're just using it to play league and watch movies, do you need to overclock it? Since it is such a hot chip already, I wouldn't try it and I also wouldn't invest a water cooler in it either.

Maybe this PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/QD8H99/seasonic-power-supply-ssp350se. Don't know much about it, though. But Seasonic is a good brand, i have heard

Cooler isn't bad but it will probably be really loud. Something higher quality would be the Cryorig c7

You can ebay the cpu. Don't limit your self to that cpu, it will only make the build worse.

Its not cheaper unless I get the CPU free.. This CPU benches close to a haswell i3 from what Iv seen so performance is "ok" still.

The motherboard with the built in WiFi was cheaper ($95) than the ASrock + WiFi adapter ($83 + $20 = $103). Why change?

The APU's graphics run off of the main RAM. Faster RAM helps a lot. So get 2x 4Gigs of RAM rather than a single 8Gig stick. Don't be too concerned about upgrading - you'll probably never need more than 8Gigs of RAM for this system and it would be better to have faster graphics performance.

For a case and power supply, and since you don't need room for a GPU, you could consider a small case + built-in PSU such as:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147131

or

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

I would suggest sticking with the Gigabyte motherboard. It leaves the single PCIe slot open in case it is needed in the future. It also has Bluetooth. By my reckoning it is also a touch less expensive.

You might consider  G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory. More expensive but should offer better igpu performance.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
