Your temps are low because your fans are probably spinning faster than need be.  Go into the bios and look at what the fan curves are.  They are probably set to go faster than needed.

O, those are my CPU temp but is there temp for GPU?

It's fine. They're loud because they're spinning faster. They're reacting to the added load as they should. There'd be a potential problem if the sound was different instead of just louder. Like grinding or rattling.

BTW, there's more to temps that you can easily spot with basic programs. For instance, the memory on your GPU has no temperature sensors but they still need to be cooled.

Your GPU temp would be displayed by a program on the desktop not in the bios.  Look up the software for whatever card you have, Asus, EVGA etc etc and download that and it will allow you to control the GPU fan speed.  Or you could download CAM from NZXT which takes care of the CPU and GPU fan speed and gives you a nice display of all the stats from you PC (I highly recommend it).  You can see CPU, GPU and RAM speed as well as voltages, internet speed, frequencies etc etc.  You can also set custom fan speed profiles for your GPU.

All the stats from my PC as an example:

You say your fans are loud? Kappa I used to have 3 Vardar FF5 at 3000 RPM pushing 540 CFM of intake :)

Yup!  It also links with whatever NZXT products you have like I have an NZXT Hue+ so I can control my rgb leds from CAM.

I would definitely change up the fan curve for your GPU because my card (EVGA 1070 SC) idles at a lower speed than yours and those fan speeds seem crazy high.  I have my speed set to go up basically one percent every degree so at 60 C it'll only be at 60% fan speed and it looks like yours are going up to 100%.  Everything else looks fine though.

Go out of full screen view so it's just a little window floating around and in the top left there will be different sections like "Dashboard" "Build" "Games" and "Tuning" go to Tuning and in the little area where you see the fan curve just click "Change Mode" and set up a custom curve, I have mine going in a pretty chill line just plus ten degrees by plus ten percent so when the card is at 60 C the fans will be at 60% etc. then name the profile if you want and hit save changes.  And check "Apply tuning when CAM starts" if it's not already.

No problem.

Screenshot (5).png

Just click "Change Mode" under "GPU 1 Fan Profile" and make your curve how you want and then click "Save Changes" and make sure "Apply Tuning When CAM Starts" is checked.

I have mine set to 80% at 80C and then from 80C - 90C I spike it to 100% speed just in case but my card barely even reaches 70C.

Just to make sure, I got: 40% at 20°C , 40% at 30°C , 45% at 40°C , 50% at 50 °C , 50% at 60°C , 55% at 70°C , and 80% at 80°C

I would probably have 60% at 60C and 65 or 70% at 70C just to not have a nasty 25% spike from 70-80C and after that I would have it pinned at 100% because anything over 80C and it's getting a little hot for my taste.  I like having a nice smooth curve because if you have spikes like 55 to 80% speed from 70-80C if your card does go that high then it will be audibly noticeable.

Ok, so i decided to change the temps to 40% from 20C-40C, from there its 50-50, 60-60 and so on, is that fine?

Yeah that'll give you a nice solid smooth curve to handle any temps.  I would go test it now and see how it handles.

Hmm...well when you're gaming what does the fan speed go up to? When you're in a game Alt-Tab and check the speed and stuff of the card in the dashboard.  And what are the temps?  Also is your card a reference card or a custom one like Asus, EVGA etc?
