I recomand to wait for Vega and than doing only a single GPU setup it's just a hell better experience.

Also put your faith in Zen, to go such an enthusiast build right befor a new big release of architectures is nonsense unless you want to get nice used deals when the people are switching to new hardware.

This could probably out perform it (by probably, i mean it would) does have less gb of hdd storage though.
