Hello,

My previous mouse recently broke less than a year after buying it. Hopefully I could return it and I got my money back.

I learned that unknown branded mice are not a good idea.

I was planning to buy one today after college, so I'm asking to you guys if this one is okay.

I mainly play League Of Legends or World Of Warcraft (when I have the time...). I also play from time to time solo games such as Tomb Raider and others like that (no FPS).

I saw a Logitech G302 Prime for 50€ (please keep in mind that prices here are inflated compared to $). I could buy it used for 30€ but I'm afraid that it'll break after some time and I won't be able to return it.

I also got 25€ back thanks to the other mouse, so I'd spend only another 23€ or 24€ for the new one.

Is it a good choice for my needs or do you guys advise me another one?

G502? G402? Abacus?

I'd pick something up from Rosewill or Logitech that fits your budget.

I wanted something with some lighting, that's why I went with this one.

I could go with the 402 but the 502 is too expensive. Rosewill doesn't exist in my locals IT's, and I cannot buy from Amazon since no one's home for the entire day.

G402 is a fantastic mousse. I ended up with the G502 since I like heavy mice, but the functions and macros are largely similar.

I'll take a loot at it, then. Thank you :) I guess there's also RGB in that one?

It's blue only as far as I'm aware.

logitech g5 oldy but goody, wired. I have replaced usb cable once in six years of gaming and Teflon pads once. reasons for liking it:

large ... I have big hands

weighted....I prefer a solid feel

programmable .... quite versatile but I only program 1 preset

really just a solid piece of simple kit, does the job

I don't think they sell them anymore, but this means Logitech is a good brand ^^

I know its a abit cliche but the Razer Naga is fantasting for MMO's such as WOW and LOL, i bought 2 years ago and its still fantastic.

Yeah, I saw it at the store, it's damn sexy, but I really don't have that kind of budget at the time. I had to do 3 different stores in order to find a G302 at a decent price...

So your max budget is 75 if I got that right? Considering G302 is quite expensive for you, I figure G303 is not an option. I see that the G402 is going for 35 pounds on amazon.co.uk so if you can check that one.

Have you tried checking the Fnatic G1 or Roccat Kone? Also if you don't mind lower build quality, there is the Gigabyte CX300M.

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Haha :P You got that right mate "lower quality". If you go and look at my profile, you can see there's a big thread where the conclusion is basically that Gigabyte sold me a bad quality laptop.

I went yesterday to buy the mouse and it took me 3 different stores in order to find a mouse that hadn't an inflated price.

I tried it and finally went with the G302 for 50 bucks (well, 48.99, which is basically 50).

Let us know how you like it. Possibly even by posting a review in the sub-forum contrasting it between your old mouses or potential picks.

G300 is still my favorite, not a fan of a overkill buttons so it works for me. Gonna get G900 on black friday tho.

I wanted to buy it, because it was cheaper, but I didn't like the buttons placement.
