So I've managed to get a stable overclock of 4.6ghz at 1.36v on my i7 6700k, hooray me (i guess). I have tried for hours now to get adaptive mode to work, I just feel like giving up on that though and just let my cpu run static at 1.36v. So my question is, is it safe to keep the voltage at 1.36 for hours a day even on idle? My temperatures are perfectly fine idle and on load with a demanding game like Battlefield 1 running so I don't see why it wouldn't be safe. If it's not safe, could someone help me setting up adaptive?

Your CPU is not running at 3.6V. It's running at 1.36V.
