OK I need a overclockable i7 6700k build that is under 600$ ( no peripherals monitor Os or hard drive)

It is for a editing pc which I will be using Adobe ae, premiere, photos hope, etc. maybe some gaming but I don't want a expensive gpu in the build as the cpu is the main priority.

yeah going with an older xeon would be a better option. its really hard to fit a 6700k in a budget like that. it is doable but if you spent close to 700 to 800 bucks that would be better.

realistically your looking like 300 for the CPU alone on sale right now, another 100 for the MOBO and probably a hundred for the PSU another 60-80 for a cheaper decent case and another 50-80 or so on RAM (depending on how much you get, 50 for 8GB 80 for 16GB) and you're already over budget and don't have a GPU yet and lets not forget a CPU cooler, you'll have to go with some crappy brands to have a chance to hit those numbers and just hope the thing doesn't explode.
