Just let me get out my crystal ball...

You can't really predict when they're going to come out. But expect to wait at least half a year.

I just don't want to wait for more than one year. This is my bottom line.

Broadwell-E on x99...launched like 6 months ago.

I won't expect next gen lga 2066 until...a year from now?

That's probably closer than my guess tbh. So you'll be waiting more than a year.

Haswell-E came to market Q3 2014...didn't get replaced by Broadwell-E until Q2 of 2016...

That is almost a two year gap between cycles.

And Broadwell-E literally just came out almost 6 month ago. They are not about to kill their current line-up of CPU just because you don't want to wait.

You don't want to wait, buy something now

Thank you.The advantage of new product is too big.Let me put it another way,the life cycle of the old product is coming to an end.
