You can't really predict when they're going to come out. But expect to wait at least half a year.

Broadwell-E on x99...launched like 6 months ago.

I won't expect next gen lga 2066 until...a year from now?

That's probably closer than my guess tbh. So you'll be waiting more than a year.

Haswell-E came to market Q3 2014...didn't get replaced by Broadwell-E until Q2 of 2016...

That is almost a two year gap between cycles.

And Broadwell-E literally just came out almost 6 month ago. They are not about to kill their current line-up of CPU just because you don't want to wait.

You don't want to wait, buy something now
