recently got an Afox gtx 560 for cheap

http://www.afox-corp.com/en/products_details.asp?proid=160

it can display the desktop fine, but when i install the drivers, the screen just goes black. then it gets stuck there.

i have already tried

-reformatting the pc

-clean isntall windows

-another psu

-another pc

is there anything i missed. or is my card just a paperweight?

Also the OS may not want to play nice with the card. Did you try Display Driver Uninstall? http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html , I swear by it when installing a new card. sometimes windows installs drivers it thinks will work, and they never get fully removed
