Hello there, I am willing to buy a Vive VR headset, but I would like to know if anyone here knows how's the shipping delay from the HTC site itself? It is written Canada Express but there's no number of days or anything. I know Newegg express shipping is like 2-5 days.

dont forget htc also charges tax so more like 900. so might be cheaper to get it from elsewhere that doesnt do tax. Mine cost like 880 ish from htc and took about a week to arrive also before you buy i think its fair to mention that there arnt really any vr games coming out and hasnt been for the last 2 or 3 months

for me it was only $52 tax from amazon, got mine in 3 business days (ordered on a friday so they dont ship on the weekend) ]

and for the hundreds of games out right now for vr thats endless hours of play time, just need to find what you like, there is quite a few good story games for vr, and not true the latest game i know of it Evolution VR that came out 9 days ago

also I must add the game Arizona Sunshine is set to relase on december 6th, seems to be a good game if zombies are your thing

just looked on steam and it seems like a few VR games are being released daily

6 released today

7 released yesterday,

etc

They were extremely fast when my friend ordered his. Only took a few days. Of course, this can vary depending on where you live.

In Canada you get charged tax by the state you reside in, not the state you're ordering from. He'd be charged tax no matter where he purchases from.

i meant in terms of good quality... not just random games being released. if youve owned a vive you will notice a trend. about everything is the same game with a fresh coat of paint. i have no clue if the once youve mentioned are any good and ill look into them but for the most part its likely the same as whats already out. also its a thing to note most things are not even full games but early alphas or betas so as far as im concerned those arnt games, just demos

You still can't make the statement that no games have been relased. that will make people think it's dead and people are done developing games for it.

And yes I've seen a few that are the same. like the railast cart shooter games. the climbing wall type games. the shooter ones. but there is good games. so far I've only found 11 or 12 that I'll play but out of them I can get hours of fun.

When more bigger games and AAA games go to VR it will be amazing. right now subnoctua is really the only bigger game that's vr. well and ark but that's not for vive.

If your just the average person a vive is not worth the money. maybe later when it can get cheaper it will  be.

Even just watching movies or YouTube in vr is sweet. it's like being at the movie theater.

Everyone should own a vive.
