Oh my partition !!!

I installed win10 64-bit on a HDD. And I did not make 2 partitions when I installed it. Not in Disk Management I can only make it in half. It wont let me make 100 Gb for C and the rest for D. 
Can I make that without reinstalling windows 10 ?

Did you just install W10? If so then there isn't much of a loss for reinstalling. Also, why do you want to partition your HDD this way?

This is not my Pc ( laptop ).

In disk management you should be able to make it pretty much any size you want as long as you don't try to exceed used space... just right click on the partition you want to shrink the size of to make free space... select "shrink volume", it'll bring up a window and you select how much you want to shrink.

But still. It would be much more easier and not so much time consuming, in my opinion.

Can't do that right now. The laptop is not with me.

I do it very often for myself and clients/friends/family when they want to either try a new OS or just set aside a partition for whatever... if it won't let you shrink then there's soemthing stopping it.
