Case comes with one 200mm intake fan. Besides that you want single exhaust fan. So some 120mm fan. I don't know what you mean by side fans, case doesn't have side vents.

You need a fan. Which one is about your budget more than anything. Those are good option. Which mobo you are going for? If mobo supports PWM for case fans, you should get PWM fans. They have better options for controlling.

If silence is only thing that matters, Noctua is always good choice. Other than that, I'm not good person to judge fans.

Its built-in adapter. You install drivers and thats it. Though for online gaming I'd still use LAN.

Whats the best right now 120mm silent fan?

Depends on your case because no fan is truly silent.
Most fans these days are very quiet (bearings and such) but the fact that they push air makes sound by itself when listening closely.

Unless ofcourse you low RPM fans :)

I have 2x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition 120mm.
Can't hear them unless you come close enough to hear the wind. They are a bit more expensive though.
Would highly recommend if you're not worried about cost, they cost about £20-25 for pair depending where you buy.
They also look awesome and come with 3 different colour ring attachments (red, white, blue) so you can match the rest of the stuff in the case.

Do you recon i need 2 fans?

Also would i be able to control the rpms from my system? if so then i should get 2 fans at lower speeds = more silent :D

the Corsair ML series are verry quiet, like barely noticable most of the time from what iv seen

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I don't know if you need 2 fans to be honest. I have a fairly small case myself https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005D9027E/
And I don't bother with controlling fan speeds. They run on their default setting all the time and I the only sounds I hear are from air being pushed through the case. You won't get rid of that, ever, if your room is quiet enough.
Unless it's the middle of the night, I don't hear my pc.
